Meet Dr. Bruce and Judy Fowler

Dr. Fowler is the director of PEACE MINISTRIES, located in Greensburg, Pennsylvania


Dr. Bruce and Judy Fowler have been in ministry for over 40 years. Their ministry has included pastoring churches in the United States, being missionaries to Puerto Rico for 12 years, and international seminar speakers and marriage and family counselors for many years. Dr.Fowler worked as a clinical psychologist for the state of Oregon for 7 years, and the Fowlers have been ministering in Western Pennsylvania since 1995.

Parents of four adult children. They understand the trials of raising children through adulthood. By experiencing the death of their oldest child, Bruce and Judy have learned many aspects of parenting and letting go.

As missionaries, Dr. Fowler was head of the chaplaincy in the prisons in Puerto Rico, and Mrs. Fowler was a womens' Bible study teacher and support leader.

Peace Ministries is a non-profit endeavor, with the purpose of serving Christ's people, the Church throughout the world, by providing: Biblical Counseling, Scriptural Teaching through seminars and retreats, Church leadership support such as: counseling, training, encouraging, reconciliation and mission support services.

Meet Jennifer, our youth and teen counselor: We are excited about Jennifer Zylka coming to Peace Ministries to counsel children and teens. Jen, is an energetic, fun loving lady who relates well to children and teens. Jen's faith is growing and she is able to relate her faith to others in an effective way. Jennifer loves kids and says working with them is a joy of her life.

Hello friends of Peace Ministries! My name is Jennifer Zylka and I am excited about joining Peace Ministries as a part-time Therapist. Over the past year, I have worked with Dr. Bruce and Judy Fowler and have overwhelmingly been blessed to offer my experiences and skills working with children and families.

I graduated from Clarion University of PA in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In May of 1998, I completed my Master of Social Work degree from University of Pittsburgh. At that time I received my social work licensure from the state of PA. My Concerntation is in the areas of children, families and women's issues.

I am a single mother of two incredibly wonderful children, Sarah age 4 and Luke age 2.
