You must be a person of great courage to consider going to a counselor!  I know how that can feel...I've stood in those shaking shoes myself! Sometimes there are lots of questions going on inside, like:

"Should I really do this?"
"How uncomfortable is this going to be?"
"How much will I have to share?"
"Can I really trust Them?"
"Will They really understand?"
"Will I be accepted as I am?"
"Will it be worth the investment?"
"Is there another way?"


I understand those feelings. I've asked those questions too. Or maybe your a person of very little courage. And not really sure you can do this...or really want to.. but feeling overwhelmed by the pressure of your situation.
